This full automatic machine, includes board caliper adjustment, automatic zero positioning of the modules and automatic wash up system. The machine includes a Sun Automation lead edge feeder. ROTARY DIE CUTTER

High performance rotary die cutter. Blanket cylinder compensation system. Lateral cutting adjustment. Motor driven circumferential adjustment. Motorized and controlled caliper adjustment. Automatic adjustment of the pull collars. Motorized waste ejection belt. Optional 90º turn for the side parking of the unit.

CENTRAL COMPUTER

Automatic control of the format change operations. Industrial design computer, which guarantees a high resistance to the aggressive environment. Capacity to record 1.000.000 programs for cases produced in the case maker. Complete production readout of: 1.- Production data. 2.- Production times and machine stops 3.- Stops diagnostics. 4.- Production speeds. Modem for communications allowing remote distance maintenance.

FOLDER GLUER

Up folder with large folding length. Special belts with high friction coefficient. Automatic positioning of folding rails with motorized adjustment. Automatic adjustment of the board thickness. Electronic gluer.

STITCHER

Two oscillating stitching heads for 1000 stitches/minute each. Squaring unit. Double independent transfer sandwich. Sandwich and heads motorized adjustment. Stitching speed up to 8500 boxes/hour.

COUNTER EJECTOR

Top stacking with inclined re-shingling device. Designed to collect the boxes at the exit of the stitcher or the folder gluer. Elevated forks at start of pile collection. Counter understacker with motorized and controlled settings. Squaring section. Prestacking height adjustable by means of a photocell. Motorized side tracking.
